Our online portal (Elements) helps our people understand and manage their JM benefits, and also provides a range of wellbeing information.

Mental health: A strategic priority

  • Global policies: Mental wellbeing is a pillar of our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Policy, with clear objectives to promote psychological safety.

  • 24/7 support: All employees and their families have unlimited access to our Employee Assistance Programme (Assist), offering confidential counseling, financial advice, and crisis support. 

  • Leadership accountability: Our Group Leadership Team (GLT) oversees mental health strategy, with executive sponsorship from the Chief Executive of Clean Air.

  • Employee feedback: Annual yourSay surveys and pulse checks measure psychological safety and program uptake.
  • EAP utilisation: Our global Assist programme saw a 24% engagement in 2024.
